Last updated: 24 August 2026. These terms are a contract between you and the operator of HODL Hotel (“we”, “us”). The service is offered from Canada. HODL Hotel is an original social game; it is not affiliated with Habbo or any other hotel MMO.
Accounts
You must be 13+ to join. Coin purchases and other paid features require 18+. One person, one account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Virtual goods
HODL Coins and furniture are licensed entertainment items. They do not represent ownership of the company, a claim on SOL held in treasury, or a right to cash out. Prices and availability can change. Refunds follow the Virtual Goods policy and applicable law.
User content
Chat, room names, ads, NFT displays, and images you upload stay yours, but you grant us a worldwide licence to host and display them in the game. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material.
Conduct
No harassment, scams, impersonation of staff, sexual content involving minors, hate, or attempts to exploit the server. Auto-moderation may replace flagged words with HODL. Staff decisions on bans and mutes are final for the platform.
IP
The HODL Hotel name, art, code, and furniture designs are ours or licensed to us. Do not copy them into competing clients. Third-party NFTs remain their owners’ property; we only display what you choose to hang.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. Crypto transfers are irreversible once confirmed on Solana. We are not liable for wallet mistakes, third-party NFT metadata, or downtime beyond what the law requires.
